Illness After the Holidays – Part 1

It seems as though the holidays and illness go hand and hand. Before & during the holidays, we are running around shopping for the perfect gift, shopping for food, paying bills, running errands for others, and the list goes on.

We often fail to take care of ourselves during this time; while shortly after the holidays our immune system weakens from lack of sleep, protein, a balanced diet and we fall ill.

Eating a balanced diet, exercising and getting a good night rest should help many of us get back on track.
